Breast cancer research has been at the forefront of research topics for many years. Studies blocked by informed consent can be a hindrance to those awaiting advancement in treatment. Some treatments not approved by the Federal Drug Administration can be beneficial for those undergoing breast cancer treatment. regulations make those treatments not available to patients. With the seriousness and increasing occurrence of breast cancer, I feel that those involved with experimental studies would want to make their successful treatment plans available to all even if their signed informed consent said otherwise. “Since the Nuremberg Code and the first Declaration of Helsinki, globally there has been increasing adoption and adherence to procedures for ensuring that human subjects in research are as well informed as possible of the study’s reasons and risks and voluntarily consent to serve as subject. To do otherwise is essentially viewed as violation of the human research subject’s legal and moral rights” (Miller, L.F., 2020) It is unfortunate that this legally this information can not be used to benefit others. Hopefully, some change can come of this in our future.

The paper must be neatly formatted, double-spaced with a one-inch margin on the top, bottom, and sides of each page. When submitting hard copy, be sure to use white paper and print out using dark ink. If it is hard to read your essay, it will also be hard to follow your argument.
