The objective is to find an illness/disease in your family and research and learn about this illness/disease. If you do not have any illnesses or diseases in your family than I will assign an alternative assignment. Please let me know right away you need the alternate assignment. Note: If a family member does not have an illness, include them on your family tree and just write NONE for disease. If you do not know anything about a family member make a box and write UNKNOWN OR DO NOT MAKE A BOX FOR THAT FAMILY MEMBER,
Part B (10 pts): Research on the internet. A good website to use is
- Once you have learned one of your family members has or has had a disease then choose one illness and research it on the internet. Use the internet article to answer the questions from Part C.
- You must attach the printed internet article about the illness/disease to your family tree.
- The internet article must include the source (url address).
Part C(10 pts): Answer the following questions on a separate sheet of paper and attach it to your family tree. Please answer in complete sentences!
